The platform
An operating rail the anchor plugs into. Money moves against goods in five stages, from a revolving limit to a recycled one.
Stage 1. A revolving limit for every dealer
A dealer joins on the strength of its trade with the anchor and draws against a revolving limit.
- Sized to supply. The limit tracks the dealer’s purchases and grows with them.
- Drawn against orders. Each drawdown references an order, so utilisation maps to stock.
- One live view. Limit, headroom and open drawdowns on a single screen.
Stage 2. Purpose-tied disbursal to the supplier
When a drawdown is approved, the platform pays the anchor or supplier directly, so every rupee reaches stock.
- Direct to the supply side. Payment lands with the supplier against a verified order.
- One reference throughout. Order, disbursal and delivery share one reference for reconciliation.
- No leakage. Working capital on the rail can only become goods.
Stage 3. Delivery confirmation closes the loop
A confirmed delivery becomes proof of goods, evidence the disbursal turned into stock at the dealer’s door.
- Dispatch from the anchor’s records. The consignment enters the rail at dispatch.
- Confirmed at the door. Confirmed at the dealer, logged against the drawdown.
- Proof on file. Every cycle carries a delivery record, auditable end to end.
Stage 4. Repayment recycles the limit
The dealer repays inside a short cycle and the platform restores the limit for the next order.
- Short cycles by design. Tenors stay short, so the limit turns with stock.
- Automatic reconciliation. Repayments match to drawdowns by reference, without spreadsheet work.
- Headroom comes straight back. The limit is restored the moment a cycle closes.
Stage 5. Integrated where the anchor already works
The rail connects at the anchor’s ERP or dispatch layer, so supply to a dealer that falls behind can be paused until the account is current.
Order data in
Purchase orders and dispatch events flow in from the anchor’s systems.
Supply control on
The dispatch layer enforces discipline, applied at the anchor’s discretion.
Nothing new to run
The anchor keeps its ERP. Tecnoflow operates the rail around it.
